Three-Layer External Insulations (3LPE and 3LPP)
Diameter range: 21,3 mm to 323,9 mm; pipe lengths: 6 m to 14 m.
Manufactured according to EN ISO 21809-1, DIN 30670, DIN 30678, or as per client specifications.
Three-Layer Anti-Corrosion Insulation Consists of:
- Epoxy layer with a thickness of 80 to 250 μm.
- Polyethylene copolymer layer with a minimum thickness of 150 μm.
- Polyethylene or polypropylene layer with a thickness ranging from 1,8 mm to 10 mm (depending on the production technology and client requirements).

- Insulation sealability and continuity (25 kV).
- Adhesion to the steel pipe of up to 500 N/cm.
- High UV resistance.
- High impact resistance.
