Delivery Options

Epoxy Coatings for Gas Fuel Transmission

Diameter range: 219,1 mm to 1220,0 mm; lengths: 8 to 16 m.
Manufactured according to EN 10301 and API RP 5L2 or as per client specifications.

Product Features:

  • Sealability and continuity of the coating.
  • Significant reduction in the internal surface roughness of the pipe (from approximately 10µm to 1–2µm).
  • Protection of the internal surface.

Polyurethane Coatings for Potable Water, Industrial Water, or Sewage Transmission

Diameter range: 219,1 mm to 1220,0 mm; lengths: 8 to 16 m.
Manufactured according to EN 10290 or as per client specifications.

Product Features:

  • Reduction of water flow resistance through the use of a smooth pipe surface.
  • Ideal anti-corrosion protection for the internal pipeline surface (adhesion above 10 MPa, proper electrical resistance of the coating at 1,7×10¹⁰ Ωm²).
  • Lightweight final product.
  • Simple and reliable surface protection technology for welded joints on construction sites.

Cement Coatings for Potable Water, Industrial Water, or Sewage Transmission

Diameter range: 323,9 mm to 1220,0 mm; lengths: 8 to 16 m.
Manufactured according to DIN 2614, DIN 2880, EN 10298, or as per client specifications.

Product Features:

  • Corrosion resistance, even with aggressive waters, thanks to the use of sulfate-resistant cement, ensuring several decades of service life.
  • Full resistance to the effects of elements like ozone and chlorine that may cause chemical reactions.
  • No tendency for incrustation (corrosive buildup), which enhances pipeline performance efficiency.
  • Exceptional abrasion resistance, allowing for high media flow velocities.
  • Full durability of the cement lining within the range of the steel pipe’s elastic deformations.
  • The chemical composition of the cement lining—cement and quartz sand—is natural and does not negatively impact human health when in contact with potable water.
